Rooted in “mom life,” Crew 9 provides authentic parenting support across every stage—from early childhood to the teenage years—offering real guidance, relatable insight, and solutions that help families grow stronger together. As a devoted Dog Mom and powerhouse Momager, she actively manages and supports her children’s businesses, teaching discipline, confidence, and entrepreneurship from a young age.
Through her leadership, Crew 9 oversees multiple creative ventures including book illustration, clothing design, art, and eyeglass design—empowering her children to turn their ideas into thriving brands. She also supports her daughter, a 10th-grade student-athlete, helping her balance academics, athletics, and personal growth while building her future with intention.

Through my educational sessions, I focus on breaking down complex health topics into clear, relatable, and practical information that anyone can understand. My goal is to empower people—not overwhelm them—by helping them recognize the early signs and symptoms of various medical conditions, so they can take action sooner rather than later.
Far too often, people ignore what their body is trying to tell them simply because they don’t know what to look for. That’s where I come in. I create a space where learning is approachable, judgment-free, and rooted in real-life application.
In my sessions, I don’t just talk about conditions—I guide individuals through overall management strategies, including how to navigate daily life, communicate effectively with healthcare providers, and make informed decisions about their well-being. Knowledge is power, but applied knowledge is life-changing.
A major part of my mission is also centered around prevention and lifestyle awareness. I emphasize the importance of healthy lifestyle practices such as proper nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and routine care. These are not just habits—they are tools that can help prevent conditions from developing or reduce the frequency and severity of symptoms for those already affected.
I believe that health education should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or experience. Whether someone is newly diagnosed, supporting a loved one, or simply looking to live a healthier life, my sessions are designed to meet people where they are and help them grow.
